Hello hello, sorry because I upload the video late for one day :))). So I will upload another super yummy video (like me) on Wednesday First, we need 2-3 slice of bread (I made this bread myself, trust me), a little more thicker bread will be better.

Cut the bread into small square pieces, but don't cut it too small like your crush's love for you, as the tip of the big toe is fine They often compare with the finger but I found it too small so I choose toe Do you like sandwich and me? Then put the bread cubes into the pan

Roast it until crispy. It will take 5-10 mins

The bread is dried, crispy. The outside should be a bit golden. The inside is a bit soft but that should be okay Next is the caramel, please use a non-stick pan

Use this cute spoon to add 3tbsp of sugar and 1tbsp of water

Heat your caramel on medium heat. When you heat it, don't stir or it will be broken like the love story of you and your crush.

Heat until golden NOT golden brown

When the sugar is golden, put 1tbsp of butter, pour 3tbsp of non-sugar milk Please be careful, I'll be very painful if you get burned, even more painful than getting dumped by your crush.

After you put butter and milk, stir it constantly

Put the bread into the caramel. `

It rains a lot recently, so I got into online grocery shopping. Life is way easier with home delivery.

The Andong Jjimdak is a popular dish in Korea. You can adjust the spices and ingredients to your taste and it still turns out superb.

I can't believe I can online shop for proteins and veggies as well as sweet stuff for baking Anyway let's COOK!

This serving is for 2 people. But to me it's one serving for Nino :> Peel and wash all veggies. Then cut it to the size of your preference.

I use 1 sweet potato, 2 potatoes and 1 carrots, cut in 2-2.5cm thick pieces.

Not too thin or thick.

Laugh all you want :< But you'' hurt hurt my little soul lol. I'm really dull with savory dish, like my stupid knife.

Not feeling fancy here.

Just focus on the hand then :> Forget the knife :>

Leave the veggies. Watch me ship up magic sauce.

1 table spoon Korean chili powder + 1 table spoon brown sugar plus one tea spoon (baby spoon :>) ginger and 2 table spoon garlic, all minced Two table spoon sesame oil and 1/2 baby spoon salt. Sesame oil is a must in Korean dishes.

*Fancy spice rack on display. Too bad you dont have it.

6 table spoon soy sauce plus 2 table spoon corn syrup which can be replace with 1 and a half table spoon sugar I told you my spice corner is just dazzling fancy.

Finally, add pepper depending on you taste.

Party mix hey hey

JK just mix the spices together and leave it aside.

Soak 50g of Korean glass noodles in 20 mins

You can use any other types of glass noodles.

Turn on the sparkling Korean stove!

Put just enough oil on a non-stick pan to cover the bottom.

Fry 500g chicken. I use chicken thighs because I love treating myself with juicy tender meat :> Just pan fry until the chicken turn light golden on the outside.

Pan fry each side around 4-5 mins on medium heat

You just need a golden glaze on the outside ehh.

Put the chicken into a clay pot. I use clay pot because I have no other pots nicer than this one. Still better looking than yours I bet lol.

Clay pot also retains the heat really well. Perfect for cooking this dish.

Add veggies. You can use mushrooms and cabbages as well.

Pour the sauce from my ADORABLE CAT BOWL :))

you still dont have cat bowl I am just very sorry for you lol. It sucks to be you :) Put 500-700 water until it covers the meat and veggies.

Boil on medium heat for around 15 mins

While waiting chop 1/2 onion and 1 green chili

Cooking time actually varies depending on the pot and heat. Usually after 20-30 mins the meat is cooked and tender Green chilis taste different, kinda like paprika.

After 15 mins when the water reduced. Put in onion and chili Continue to cook for 7-10 mins. Remember to stir so that you won't burn the dish from underneath.

Take out the glass noodles. Remove water.

After 7-10 mins when the water continues to reduce, add glass noodles to the pot.

Reduce to low heat and cook for another 2 mins.

Meanwhile chop some spring onion to your preferred size and quantity.

Watching rookie me cutting like this annoys me to the very core > 00:06:18,380 Chop one red pepper, you can add dry chili flakes, depends on your spiciness tolerance.

After 2 mins, add the spring onion and chili. Then done!

Welcome back lovely boys and girls, yesterday i saw an advertisement about this dish but i can't buy it anywhere!

So I decided to make it myself (It's better, trust me)

It's refreshing (like me),  creamy(like me), fragrant(like me) and delicious(like me), suitable for a hot Summer day (like me) Get yrself 2 small packs of oreos (chocolate ones are the best) Vanilla is also very guddd

First of all, split the oreos like how you are separated from your crush or you just don't do it, it's OK.

After you have done it, whip the fillings so that it is easier to mix later When it's well-blended, add 40g of condensed milk, or you can adjust the amount of it, not too sweet like me or you'll get diabetes :) Mix them up

And then abandon it, let's move on >:)

Add 200g of whipping cream into this beautiful bowl (an ugly one is OK) Whisk until it is fluffy. Remember to whisk until the cream reached soft peak only.

Using a egg mixer is OK, but I am totally not a weakling (hah!) so I am whipping by hand.

Remember to whip it until it is just little bit fluffy like in my video, we need to add what we had abandoned :) If it is over-whipped, it will be runny and will die so remember, just little bit fluffly Then we add what we had abandoned 1min ago into this bowl :P
And then bully 5-10 oreos. Depending on your sweetness preference.

And them to the mixture. Just beat them enough to break, not to powder okayy???

Try not to do mix too much or it will also die
awggg, the color is so dirty gray, like your dirty-mind, i see u :) Add the mixture into silicone mold. Silicone is easier to take out the ice cream later.
U can use sth else as a container, then use scooper to scoop the ice cream.
Im fancy so I use the mold. But tbh later i'll be in dish-washing hell Arggg Then put em in the freezer for 5 to 7  hours depending on the size of the mold.

It's been raining here so I've been wanting to eat something hawt and yummy like this Korean cheese hotdog This dish has been so popular that they even came out with a packaged version that looks like a lollipop But it is so expensive to buy it in the shops

The homemade version is wayyy better so I'm going to show you guys an easy and yummy recipe First you need some sausages that are sold in the Deli section

Don't opt for the cheapo version :)))

It's not gonna be as good

CHOP the sausages in halves, then PIERCE them with a stick

Or you can use chopsticks which are stronger

Cut the mozzarella sticks into bite size pieces, depending on your preference If you can't find this type of cheese, you can use the stick cheese in the supermarkets intead They are all yummy

To make the batter you need to sift 240g of all-purpose flour into a bowl I'm not gonna show off my SUPER CUTE kitchen stuff today..

because I feel bad for you guys who don't have as cute stuff as me *evil laugh* Then add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, doesn't have to be precise

Take this super adorable tiny pink bucket lying on an equally adorable catto towel (that I have) which contains 45g sugar Put the sugar in

hey I'm not trying to show off. I'm just trying to describe IN DETAILS for the sake of the recipe :P :)))) Lastly you need an egg

Put in around 200g of breadcrumbs Take the sausages that we prepared earlier

Dunk it in the cup of batter. See how easy it isssss compared to a bowl :)))) ? (Subber comment: everyone claps for Nino please) It is because the bowl is too shallow so you can't coat it properly

Then you lay it on the bed of breadcrumbs, roll it around and squeeze it  gently so as much breadcrumbs stick on the batter as possible If there is not enough breadcrumbs, the cheese will ooze out. You NEED to coat the whole thing with batter and then the breadcrumbs again Trust me on this you guys, the batter coat needs to be thick so the cheese will not ooze out while we are deep-frying If the cheese oozes out while cooking it will splatter everywhere, especially on your face Since I know you guys are already single, I'm warning you in advance :))) Please don't come for me if you get oil splatter on your face and can't get a boyfriend...:)))) WARNING: the oil needs to be very hot before you start frying, fry on medium high heat It only needs 2-3 minutes for the coat to be golden brown. If it is not golden brown yet, the oil is not hot enough or the heat is not high enough Please remember these pointers for meeee. The cheese will ooze out if the oil is not hot enough, guaranteed ! You see how nice I am to you with my very detailed and passionate instructions..Yet you guys took a screenshot of my belly fat and tease me :)))) You guys also have belly fat but I have a tiny bit, you have a lot hehehe Omg look at how delicious this is..

Hi guys! Don't know why the weather is so hot these days lol.

I planned to make moon cakes but the weather was too hot to make it. I think  panna cotta cake will be a better option for this weather. It is creamy and cold:))) First off, soak 8g gelatin with 40ml water for 15 minutes

Mince 150gr of chocolate, using 65% cacao chocolate



Depending on the taste of each person, you can also use chocolate containing 55~75% cacao If you have too much free time like me, you can mince the chocolate :)) But if you are busy, you can buy chocolate in the form of buttons. It doesn't take much time :))) Put the minced chocolate into a bowl and let it rest. Do not touch it! Listen to me, okay? =.= Pour 280ml of milk into a beautiful pot. If you don't have a beautiful pot like me, you can not make this recipe >:) Just kidding :)) Then add 40gr of sugar

Finally pour 300gr of whipping cream. Whipping cream sold at supermarkets, bakeries,...

Then turn on the gas stove, put the milk mixture on it

Stir gently to mix well, remember to stir for long to prevent burning at the bottom of the pot:)) Bring the milk mixture to a boil (do not boil vigorously)

Pour the hot milk mixture into the minced chocolate mixture

Stir very vigorously, as if you are at a club dancing :)) Dancing and dancing *insert rave music* Oh my goodness :0 I forgot to add the gelatin!!

Everyone, I recommend putting the gelatin earlier, into the hot milk mixture.  You can also do it like me, as long as the mixture is still hot to dissolve the gelatin.

At first, the chocolate will seem like it's not dissolving. This is okay, just persevere and continue stirring. Around 5-7 mins the chocolate will completely dissolved If the mixture is completely dissolved, pour into a cup. Divide into small cups that are enough for one serving.

Then put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Or until the mixture hardens is okayyyyy~

In this clip, I almost spilled it! Luckily, nothing happened :))) ~~

While I'm waiting, I'll read a book to look smart hehe :)) . Do not pay attention to my catto, he is being difficult :3 Once the mixture is hardened, it can be eaten immediately. If you want to make it look pretty for social media, follow my instructions :)))) Soak the panna cotta cup in the warm water for a few second.

My cat bowl and cat tablecloth are soo cute together, do you agree? uwu

Tilt the cup to the side as the Panna cotta will fall off

The panna cotta jiggles like your fat belly hehe... just kidding :))

The panna cotta is very soft and thicccc. You can see how creamy it is from the video!!

When you put it in your mouth, you'll feel cool, aromatic with chocolate flavor

It is especially creamy. It makes my mouth happy hehe :)))
